Yes our second story is accessible by elevator.

Yes we use heirloom mexican corn grains produced on small scale milpa farms. We then nixtamalize them and grind them on our stone mill. We make fresh masa daily.

Covid 19

Policies Regarding Staff and COVID-19 Testing

If a staff member has a temperature higher than 100.4 we will require the staff member to leave the premises immediately and encourage them to pursue a medical diagnosis before being able to return to work.

We will contract trace all COVID-19 positive test results. Any staff member thought to be exposed will be asked to get a test done. We will pay for that time off.

Guidelines for Service and Sanitation

If customers have underlying health conditions or are otherwise concerned about contracting COVID-19, they are strongly encouraged to use our contactless curbside options or the CHOMP Delivery service.

Front-of-house and back-of-house staff use timers to signal time to perform an enhanced cleaning and sanitizing schedule for all food contact surfaces. This also includes cleaning and disinfecting many non-food contact surfaces (door handles, bathrooms, etc.).
